Justin Bieber's 3am jam with One Direction put him in locals' bad books

Justin Bieber admitted he and the One Direction lads p****d off the neighbours after a late-night studio session

Exclusive: Justin Bieber says he found himself in the locals’ bad books after ‘p***ing off’ One Direction’s neighbours during a secret 3am studio session with the band.

The heated showdown happened after the Canadian heartthrob wasted little time in jamming with the boy band after touching down on our shores on Tuesday.

Justin decided it was time to try out some sweet music with the X Factor lads after they revealed he won’t be featuring on their album this time around.

He told me: ‘We have a great time together. I went over to Niall’s house yesterday. Think we p***ed people off a little bit.’

After he cooked the lads noodles at his LA mansion following last week’s MTV VMAs, Niall was happy to play host before the ranting adults spoiled the party.

‘We were making a little jam session at three in the morning and he lives in this apartment,’ the 18-year-old said.

He treated ten teen hero nominees to an acoustic set to celebrate Radio 1’s Teen Awards at BBC’s Maida Vale studios during his UK trip

‘So there’s people underneath him and we were playing really loud and all the sudden we hear “bang, bang, bang” on the door and this guy shouted “keep it down”. It was crazy.’

Away from giving Britain a rude awakening, Bieb says his other famous British chum, David Beckham, regularly hangs out with him in the studio.

‘We’ve hung out a few times,’ he said. ‘He came to the studio one time with his kids.
‘He’s just a super down to earth guy… checks in once in a while and texts me.’

And after recently telling Prince William to sort his balding thatch, the cheeky  A-lister says losing his famous quiff would be his worst nightmare.

‘I would rather get a hairy back because I could shave it,’ he said.

Meanwhile, while Biebs might like the odd jamming session with One Direction, he won't be suggesting the six of them head to any of our pubs while he's over here.

Bieber chatted exclusively to Metro's Andrei Harmsworth

He’s legally allowed to drink on our shores but Bieber is giving the pints a miss because he reckons our ‘posh’ watering holes are ‘boring’.

The squeaky-clean singer revealed boozing’s not his thing and recalled the evening that put him off our nightlife last time he was in town.

‘We went to this club and it was a bunch of people in suits and stuff. They were just standing around and being posh and not really doing anything. We were like, “Let’s get out of here”. It was boring.

‘I don’t mind beer. It’s not bad. I don’t really drink.’

If he doesn’t drink or rate a British night on the tiles, what does he do for kicks?

‘I don’t know if people know this but I am pretty good at chess,’ he added. ‘I was always on the chess team at school when I was younger. I’m not into speedy chess. I need to think. I can go slow.’
