Prince William, Kate to visit Malaysia on Sept 13

It’s official – Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton will be in town from Sept 13 – 15.

The hugely popular British royals, known as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, will be there as part of Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee Tour, announced St. James’ Palace.

During their two-day stay in Malaysia, The Royal Highnesses will meet the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and his wife, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor.

The royal couple will also be visiting Sabah.

Both visits will be undertaken on behalf of the British government, reports Us Weekly.

Prior to KL, the royals will tour Singapore on Sept 11.

Their next destination after KL and Singapore will be the Solomon Islands.
