Kate Middleton and sister Pippa among the famous faces at Centre Court cheering on Andy Murray (15 PICS)

Andy Murray may be the star attraction on court today, but Kate is once again stealing the show.

Looking stunning the Duchess of Cambridge waved to fans as she arrived at Wimbledon with her sister Pippa minutes ahead of the final.

The princess is wearing outfits she has worn on previous occasions - a cream-coloured tweed jacket  and a Nessie tweed jacket - both from upmarket high street store Joseph. It is the third appearance for the dress and the £480 jacket was worn at Epsom in 2011.

She has a prime vantage point in the front row of the Royal Box alongside Pippa amidst the rest of the nervous centre court crowd - all hoping for a historic win over six-times champion Federer.

The Duchess of Cambridge's £275 crepe shift dress was previously donned on her North America tour with her husband last year. It cements her newly earned status as the thriftiest royal.

Nervous times: Kate reacts as she watches a particularly tense moment (left) and celebrates a Murray point a little later (right) during his quarter final match against David Ferrer last week

Her buttoned-up jacket's boxy shape was reminiscent of Chanel when she styled it in a similar way to today's all-cream look. Then she wore it over another high street dress - a Reiss piece that went on to sell out in minutes.

Indeed, CopyKates will struggle to emulate the duchess' style today, given that the £275 sleeveless scoop-neck dress was also a 2011 piece and sold out online and in store immediately after she wore it in Canada.

At her ears, Kate is wearing a pair of £495 gold and citrine earrings by Kiki McDonough - the same pair she wore last week to watch William installed into the Order of the Thistle.

The pair joined a roll call of illustrious guests in the Royal box

Kate arrived with Pippa wearing an off white jacket and light summer dress. Pippa was wearing a more flowery item in white with a blue pattern.
Kate has already seen Murray in action this week, showing the whole range of emotions as she watched his win against Spain's David Ferrer from the Royal Box with Prince William.

The whole Middleton family have been regulars at Wimbledon with her parents Carole and Michael Middleton in the centre court crowd on Tuesday.

Pippa and James also enjoyed seats in the Royal Box when they put in an appearance at SW19 the following day.

A Buckingham Palace spokesman also revealed the Queen had kept the weekend free of engagements following her recent trip to Scotland.

However, Prince William has a prior commitment and is not in the crowd.

Family affair: Kate's mother Carol and father Michael arrive at a rainy Wimbledon earlier today
The spokesman said:  'The Queen keeps up to date with the news and reads the newspapers, so she's seen Murray's progress.'

Ticket prices for the final soared with online ticket marketplace Viagogo saying the average ticket sale price  jumped from £3-4,000 to an average of £5-6,000.

It was in 1938 that a Briton, Bunny Austin, last made it to the men’s final at Wimbledon. Eleven others have fallen at the semi-final stage since then, with Murray having lost in that round for the last three years on the trot.

Now the nation awaits excitedly to see if the 25-year-old Scot can be its first champion since Fred Perry 1936.

Record television audiences are expected and Britain will come to a standstill when he faces six-times Wimbledon champion Federer.
