Emma Watson to star in 'Noah' (4 PICS)

Harry Potter star Emma Watson is all set to star in the biblical retelling Noah to be directed by Black Swan maker Darren Aronofsky.

The 22-year-old English actress will play the love interest of prophet Noah's son, Shem. Actor Douglas Booth will play Shem, while Russell Crowe is cast as the titular character, reported Ace Showbiz.

Watson will reunite with her co-star in The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Logan Lerman. The young actor has already been sealed to play Noah's other son, Ham.

Noah is based on the Old Testament story about the devoted ark builder. The project is currently looking for an actress to star as the prophet's wife. It has been rumored that Jennifer Connelly has been eyed to take the part.

Watson will next be seen in drama Perks of Being a Wallflower, The Bling Ring and comedy film The End of the World.
