  • Pippa Middleton has finally broken the silence maintained since her derriere launched her into global superstardom almost a year ago.

Middleton, 28, gave the impromptu sound bites to a local TV station after finishing a 90km cross-country charity ski race in Sweden.

Appearing skittish, “her royal hotness” admitted the race was "tiring"; that she was an "average" skier and when asked what time she had planned to complete the race in, rather sarcastically replied: "'To get round in time".
It may have been just a few small words but gossip sites have gone wild.

Perez Hilton wrote: "ZOMG!!! Is this real life? Do our ears deceive us??" after hearing the beauty's voice for the first time.

"Yes, Pippa Middleton can talk," wrote Hollyscoop. "You know you’re big when the mere fact that you’re speaking - not even what you’re saying - makes headlines."

The world-famous bridesmaid finished a respectable 412th out of 1734 women with a time of seven hours, 13 minutes and 36 seconds.

Her brother James Middleton also completed the race which is widely considered one of the toughest cross-country skiing events in the world.
