Lady Gaga stages second Singapore show (4 PICS)

SINGAPORE: US superstar Lady Gaga will be staging not one, but two performances at the Singapore Indoor Stadium as part of her The Born This Way Ball concert tour.

The concert's organiser revealed Friday that a second show has been added on May 29, due to overwhelming fan response to the recent announcement of her first show on May 28.

The five-time Grammy winner is expected to perform songs from her 2011 album "Born This Way" along with hits from her first two albums "The Fame" and "The Fame Monster" at her concerts here.

"The Haus of Gaga and I have worked for months conceiving a spectacular stage," said Lady Gaga of her upcoming concert tour.

"The Born This Way Ball is an Electro-Metal Pop-Opera; the tale of the Beginning, the genesis of the Kingdom of Fame. How we were birthed and how we will die celebrating."

Tickets to both shows go on sale Monday.

Lady Gaga will head to New Zealand in June after her Singapore concert, followed by a series of stops in Australia.
