Catherine Tyldesley drops the glamour at charity bootcamp (7 PICS)

As Stella's glamorous, pampered daughter Eva Price in Coronation Street, we're used to seeing Catherine Tyldesley dressed to the nines.

But the chic actress dropped the glamour to enrol at boot camp to raise money for charity yesterday.
The 28-year-old star was one of several celebrities who worked up a sweat at the sponsored boot camp at Hale Country Club, Cheshire.

With his long blonde hair plaited to the side, the actress was put through her paces during the strenous workout by personal trainer Scott Wright.

Ahead of the day, Tyldesley tweeted: 'Looking forward to Boot camp tomorrow, followed by Thai food and cuddles :-).'
Her dressed down persona was a fry cry to how we're used the seeing the actress, who looked stunning at Wednesday's National TV Awards in a purple gown.

As well as Corrie co-star Shobna Gulati and Emmerdale actor Kelvin Fletcher, there were also several Big Brother names from the past.

2000 winner Craig Phillips as well as Big Brother 9 couple Lisa Appleton and Mario Marconi all got sweaty for charity.

The celebrities were taking part in the one-day boot camp to raise money for the Madison Allan Memorial Fund.

Seven-year-old Madison tragically died on Boxing Day after losing her fight against Neuroblastoma - a rare form of cancer.

After the day ended, Marconi wrote on Twitter: 'Thanx guys 'WELL DONE for hosting the Charity Boot Camp .. full English 4 me now :) x

Appleton tweeted: 'Just realised my strengths after bootcamp today...cocking my legs up high over Mario's head, tug of war & jumping over bushes lol.'

Boot camp organiser Scott Wright played mechanic Sam Kingston in Corrie for two years before leaving in 2002.
Having worked as a personal trainer for several years, Wright has helped the likes of Kerry Katona and TV presenter Michelle Eagerton.
