Selena Gomez looks sexy with a sheer crop & lacy hot pants (6 PHOTOS)

Scantily-clad: Selena Gomez exposed her midriff and fluorescent bra (under a shirt) as she jetted out of Puerto Rico today

She's determined to free herself from her anodyne past and there was nothing Disney about Selena Gomez's travel outfit today.

The 19-year-old has already unleashed a selection of sexy outfits on stage but now it appears that the raunch factor is creeping into her everyday attire, with this ensemble a case in point.

Selena, who has just announced she'll be taking a break from music to concentrate on her film career, is young enough to get away with these lacy hotpants, sheer crop-top and discernible pink bra.

Anyone over 25 would be advised to allow one aspect, then add a conservative twist to avoid looking too undressed.

Selena, indulgent as she currently is of her burgeoning enfant terrible style, pulls the whole look off with aplomb.

Of course, the long cardigan helps to take the edges off the look, as does her hair swept into a bun, a practical measure which has the bonus of looking immeasurably chic on the 5ft5 brunette.

Enfant terrible: Selena's new style is a far cry from her look on Disney's Wizards of Waverly Place

C'est chic: Selena's scraped up hair looked elegant, perhaps because it was harder to discern the blue and purple streaks

She was headed out of Puerto Rico airport with her band the Scene to make their Panama concert.

Fans will have to make the most of these performances, before Gomez's self-imposed hiatus.
'We’re going to take a break from music,' Gomez told E! News. 'My band and I are going to chill on that for a second.'

'I’m doing two films, which I’m excited about,” she added. 'They’re both different and things I’ve never played before, so that’ll be fun for me.'

One of the films is Springbreakers, an edgy, dark Harmony Korine project.

Tthe other project is Hot Mess, and that it is about four girls 'desperately trying to avoid becoming the hot messes they are destined to be.'

Gomez is also saying goodbye to Wizards of Waverly Place, the Disney series that propelled her into stardom.

Sizzling: Gomez on stage in Puerto Rico last night

When asked if her followers are ready to let go of the magical Mouse House sitcom, Gomez sighed: 'Definitely not, according to my Twitter feed and everything else.'

'Of course we could stay on, but we want to do other things. We want to move on. The show will live on forever, and obviously, we’re all grateful for it.'
