David and Victoria Beckham arrive home for family Christmas in Britain (3 PHOTOS)

Back on home turf: David Beckham was spotted carrying Harper - tucked up in her car seat - through Heathrow as the family arrived in the UK

The Beckham clan have arrived back in the UK for a family Christmas - with David and Victoria spotted with their brood as they landed at Heathrow Airport.

The family had been pictured on Saturday arriving at Los Angeles International Airport for the flight home - with David looking very much the doting dad as he carried baby Harper through the terminal.

However by the time they landed at Heathrow the five-month-old was wrapped up against the winter weather in her car seat, and looked very cosy in her white hat and matching blanket.

Victoria - clutching a baby's bottle - looked weary from the long flight as she climbed into a waiting car with sons Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, nine, and six-year-old Cruz.

Her two younger sons had earlier shown off their growing sense of style in Los Angeles, with Romeo wearing a trench coat and trilby, and Cruz looking smart in a check shirt and jeans - even though he had clearly buttoned his coat up incorrectly.

The family plan to spend Christmas at their Hertfordshire home - known as 'Beckingham Palace' - surrounded by family, including Victoria and David's parents and siblings.

And they have reportedly spared no expense for Harper's first Christmas, decorating the house with six Fortnum and Mason trees at a cost of £35,000.

Their arrival back in the UK comes amid speculation that the family might be about to leave behind their LA lifestyle for good.

According to reports the couple have been considering schools in London and Paris for their boys, following rumours that David may be about to sign a deal with Paris Saint-Germain or with another UK club.
